Giving Back

Giving Back

When we reflected on our careers and on what from those careers we wanted to take away and bring with us, it was unanimous that fund raising for a worthy cause was a must. We should give something back. As a family business, every penny we earn matters, but not everyone is as fortunate to be able to pursue their dreams like we are.

At Rosindale Pavitt, we want to be able to give a little back to the local and wider community. So for every property we exchange and complete on we will donate £25.00 of the fee to one of the nominated charities below. We will even let you choose which one!

Crisis

A cause that we felt drawn to support was the homeless. We spend our days moving people in and out of homes, whether sales or lettings, but, so many people, including children have nowhere to call home at all.

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. Crisis offers ground breaking housing, health, education and employment services to thousands of homeless people every year. They are determined to end homelessness person by person and by influencing policies to ensure everyone has a place to call home. Find out more: www.crisis.org.uk

CLIC Sargent

As parents ourselves, a charity we are proud to continue to support is CLIC Sargent a young persons cancer charity that our previous employer also supports. Through our previous employers Chris and Dave undertook some pretty incredible fund raising feats, including Tough Mudder and last year they both completed the London Marathon. These events helped Chris and Dave raise over £8000 for the charity and they finished in the top 5% funder raisers in 2016. Chris was fortunate to enough to visit a Hospice in London to se where and how some of the money raised would go.

Well done boys, everyone is super proud of you. We look forward to more crazy antics in 2017. Watch this space or if you would like to know more about this charity visit CLIC Sargent.

AgeUK

Finally our final chosen charity is age UK.

Too often the elderly are overlooked in our communities - not by us!

Age UK say on their website that "Our mission is to promote the wellbeing of all older people and make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience."
